Fashion: New Year’s Eve party dresses and tuxes

Now that Christmas is out of the way, the talk on everyone’s lips is which parties they’ll be at to ring in the New Year. For this year’s New Year's Eve festivities, Kingstonian Lifestyle took to the malls to find show-stopping outfits that will turn heads.
